Dear All, PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 29 Opening of Public Consultation: 05/29/2024 Closing of Public Consultation: 08/06/2024 Proposal to update the Technical Requirements for the Assessment of Conformity of Restricted Radiation Radiocommunication Equipment, approved by Act No. 14448, of December 4, 2017, to determine that Access Points that are currently authorized to operate in the band between 5.925 MHz and 7.125 MHz be limited to operating in the band 5.925 to 6.425 MHz and that they have automatic and remote firmware update functionality in order to adapt their operating channels to the frequency bands permitted for use by Anatel in Brazil.
