From April 1 on is mandatory to have a local representative established in Brazil in order to meet the requirements of the Regulation 115,2022. Art.10A. The certificates issued based on sub-item 4.18 of Inmetro regulation 179 of May 18, 2010, must be in conformity with Annex I within 24 (twenty-four) months from the effective date of the regulation.
